During the design phase, we focus on developing the training program, including learning objectives, content, evaluation methods, technological tools, media selection, and more.
Development
This is where our team creates and compiles content assets gathered during the design phase. We coordinate with the client to refine delivery plans, schedules, logistics, and procedures to produce a flawless final learning product that meets all business requirements.
Implementation
Training is delivered by our facilitators to the targeted group of learners, either on-site or online. We ensure clear learning outcomes and curriculum delivery insights through our facilitator training platform.
Evaluation
The final phase of the ADDIE model involves evaluating training outcomes. The Jasrateam applies the four levels of the Kirkpatrick Model to assess the effectiveness of the training.
