Definition of Online Attendance:
A trainee is considered present when actively participating in the training activities specified within the training program, including:
1- Logging into the platform during training sessions.
2- Interacting with the online content (viewing lectures, completing activities, participating in forums).
3- Completing the required tasks and assessments within the specified timeframes.
4- Required Attendance Rate
The trainee must achieve an attendance rate of at least 75% of the total approved training hours for the program.
A trainee will be considered incomplete if their attendance rate falls below the minimum.
5- Proof of Online Attendance
Attendance is documented through:
Log-in and logout logs of the online system.
Tracks of activities within the platform (number of active hours connected, number of pages viewed, completion of lessons and assessments).
Trainer/supervisor follow-up reports.
Proof of interaction in live activities or ongoing assessments. 6- Absence and Tardiness
If a trainee is absent from a scheduled training session, they must submit an acceptable excuse within 48 hours of the session time.
The e-Training Department reserves the right to accept or reject excuses according to the platform's regulations.
Any unjustified absence will be deducted from the attendance percentage.
7- Trainee Obligations
Attendance according to the published schedule.
Ensuring technical readiness before the session begins (ensuring internet connection, devices, and software).
Respecting academic integrity rules and not tampering with attendance records.
8- Compliance with the National Center for E-Learning Standards
Jasra Training Center is committed to implementing this policy in accordance with:
Quality assurance standards in e-learning.
Academic integrity policies.
Attendance and e-participation guidelines as approved by the National Center for E-Learning.
9- Policy Updates
The platform administration reserves the right to amend this policy in accordance with updates to the regulations and instructions issued by the National Center for E-Learning.
