To prevent any form of abuse, discrimination, or harassment.
To encourage cooperation and positive participation among all parties.
3- Acceptable Communication Rules
To respect the opinions of others and refrain from ridiculing or belittling them.
To use polite language, free from offensive or vulgar words.
To stay on topic and avoid deviating from the training course objectives.
To avoid posting any illegal content or content containing misleading or inaccurate information.
To refrain from sharing any personal information belonging to any party without explicit permission.
To maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the group.
4- Handling Disputes
In the event of a dispute between beneficiaries, attempts should be made to resolve it through calm dialogue and mutual respect.
Complaints can be escalated to supervisors or platform administration if the dispute cannot be resolved internally. The platform administration reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans for violators.
